| For your After Event Insurance Policy to come into effect, you need to pay the premium (together with Insurance Premium Tax) on acceptance by the insurance company. In some cercumstances, the premium can be deferred. For a premium to be deferred, you or your solicitor will have to provide a written undetaking that the premium can be deducted at the end of the case.
